The faithful devoted to the
Madonna file to the Sanctuary of Canneto every day of the year,
but the greatest influx of pilgrims takes place from August
18-22, the time set aside for yearly festivals. August 22 is
the day set aside for liturgical observance, which ends in
the evening with a procession of the Statue from the Sanctuary
to the Madre Church in Settefrati.
