In October 2004, Windsor Public Library launched the Windsor Mosaic website project. It’s a Job Creation Partnership Program, funded by The Government of Canada and developed by Windsor Public Library, Windsor’s Community Museum, Italian Community and Multicultural Council of Windsor and Essex County. Windsor Public Library envisions this project as the beginning of a series of websites, which will share with our entire community, the heritage, customs and contributions of Windsor’s cultural mosaic. Completion of this project is October 2005.
