The poet Edward Watson was born in Jamaica and attended school at Kingston College, the University of Chicago and the University of Toronto. He has taught Practical Criticism and Theory at the University of Windsor. His book ‘Out of the Silent Stone and other poems’ was his first collection of poems to be published.
