Charles Quist-Adade is the editor and publisher of
Sankofa News a publication with a commitment to promoting multiculturalism
in Canada and beyond. Quist-Adade is a former professor at the
University of Windsor. He was awarded the 2004 Black Community
Leadership Award by the Windsor and District Black Coalition. Quist-Adade
began his career in his native Ghana as a journalist before receiving
an MA in mass communication from Leningrad State University and
a PhD in sociology at St. Petersburg State University both in Russia.
He now teaches at Central Michigan University and lives in Mount
Pleasant.
