Bob Chase was born and raised in Windsor. He was an accomplished athlete and a member of the AKO Football team in Windsor. Mr. Chase founded and was the head instructor of the Windsor Unite Tae Kwon Do Club. At that time Mr. Chase was a 4th degree black belt in the martial art. He taught classes at the Devonshire Mall auditorium and in Amherstburg.

Bob Chase is well known in the Windsor community. His dojo frequently performed demonstrations of Tae Kwon Do at many events and parades. He also helped many young people build self-confidence along with mental and physical fitness over the years.
